Meet and welcome at CMB airport and travel in our private vehicle and driving through the scenic villages to Pinnawela and visit the famous Elephant Orphanage. After enjoying the majestic beasts and see the baby Elephants being fed and later see the herd bath in the nearby stream.
Later start driving through Kurunegala and Dambulla to reach your hotel in Habarana or Sigiriya area. The rest of the day will be at leisure.

2 DAY

POLONNARUWA & MINNERIYA

Breakfast at hotel and then a full day excursion to visit the ancient city of Polonnaruwa followed a game drive inside the Minneriya National Park.
Drive to Polonnaruwa and enjoy a sightseeing tour amidst the ancient ruined city which dates to the 8th century A.D. enjoy sightseeing drive and later drive to Minneriya entrance gate where you will travel in a safari jeep inside Minneriya National Park to enjoy wild life specially sighting or wild Elephants.
Ending the days visits drive back to hotel and spend time at leisure.
Overnight in SigiriYA/Habarana
Early breakfast and then drive and climb the UNESCO world heritage site rock fortress in Sigiriya which is also tipped to be the 8th wonder of the world.
After drive across Dambulla to Matale where we stop and visit a spice grove where you will get an orientation of the varied spices, herbs and oils used in local cooking as well as beauty and therapy.
Further driving will bring you to Kandy the hill capital of the country where we check in at hotel and later enjoy a sightseeing drive which will include viewing the cultural dance show followed by a visit to the holy tooth relic temple of Lord Buddha ‘Dalada Maligawa’. Walking in the busy bazaar and around the lake in Kandy will also be a highlight of your day.

DAY 3

SIGIRIYA , MATHALE TO  KANDY

Breakfast at hotel and we check out to start driving to the hill capital Kandy. On our way stop at a spice & herbal garden to get an orientation tour exploring the various spices, herbs and oils found in the island which are used in cuisine and other applications such as wellness and therapy.

Proceeding towards Kandy we also stop to visit the Muthumariamman Temple in Matale followed by stops to visit various Gems, Handicraft and other traditional local shopping outlets in and around Kandy along with a scenic drive around Kandy.

Towards afternoon we check-in at hotel and later in the evening a trip to view the traditional folklore show (Dance show in Kandy) followed by a visit to the Temple of the holy tooth relic of Lord Buddha.

Return to hotel and spend time at leisure ending all sightseeing for the day.

DAY 4

SIGHTSEEING KANDY

Breakfast at hotel and the day entirely for sightseeing in and around Kandy. The day will begin with a drive to Peradeniya to visit the Royal Botanical Gardens, followed by visiting the famous Embekke,Gadaladeniya and Lankathilake temples. Later visit scenic drive through Kandy including walks at the town, market places with ample time for stops at souvenir joints to grab those local memorabilia’s.

DAY 5

NUWARA ELLIYA TO RAMBODACELLA

Breakfast at hotel and then check out and stat driving to the central mountainous region of Nuwara Eliya. The drive will be through scenic tea draped routes with our first stop for the day being to view the beautiful waterfalls in Ramboda.
Drive further and visit a working Tea plantation for a short stroll and mingle with the workers, sample breaking the tea leaves will be no doubt a unique experience today. A Tea factory visit is followed to witness the ‘plant to cup’ process.
Later, start driving to Nuwara Eliya which is dearly called ‘little England’ for its cool climes and Victorian architecture and surroundings. Check in at your hotel and spend time at leisure and Later start a scenic drive around the Nuwara Eliya town including walks at the popular market and fruit vendor
Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

6 DAY

VISIT TO YALA VIA ELLA TO WELLAWAYA

Breakfast at hotel and proceed to Ella to stop on the way to view the scenic Ravana waterfalls names after Lord Ravana, It is believed that King Ravana lived in one of the caves above the falls and a close by pool bored out of the rock with gushing waters have been the spot where Seetha said to have bathed Ravana.
Afternoon, we have arranged 4×4 safari jeeps to visit Yala National Park. Being the premier National Park in the island Yala will showcase you animals and bird life right around the park which will include Spotted Deer, Sambar Deer, Wild Boar, Wild Buffalos, Crocodiles, Wild Elephants, and with a bit luck Sloth Bear and the Fierce Leopard, with an array of endemic and migratory birds.

7 DAY

GALLE  SOUTHERN BEACH – GALLE

After breakfast at hotel, you will proceed along the coastal route to galle and Bentota area. On the way stop in Koggala and view the unique style of fishing off the coast where fisher folk sit on an elevated stilt and catch the daily need. This is style of fishing handed from generation to generation with the fishing stilt spot fetching birth rights of the local village fisherman.

Later drive to the ancient fort complex in Galle and take a walk back in time visiting the fort complex which was originally built by the Portuguese back in the 15th century and later taken over by the Dutch until it finally fell in to the hands of the British. Current day it is a vibrant venue for plush home stays, restaurants and shops catering to visitors every need.

Arrive to check in at beach hotel and spend time at leisure.

Overnight stay in Southern beach hotel at Bentota/Beruwala.

8 DAY

BALAPITIYA & KOSGODA EXCURSION

After breakfast, half day excursion to encounter two highlights of the southern Sri Lanka coastal belt. Our first drive and stop will be to Balapitiya where you will enjoy a boat ride over the ecological marvel called Madhu Ganga. The one hour boat trip will take you across a backwater like set up with an array of mangroves, local villages, island which are inhabited by local farmers like Cinnamon growers etc.
On the way back stop at Kosgoda area to visit a Turtle Hatchery, where you can get an orientation and knowledge about the Turtle, their lifestyle and hatching process. You will also see different types of turtles kept in care at these hatcheries for care, study and exhibit purpose.
Later return to your hotel and spend time at leisure.
Overnight in Bentota/Beruwala.

9 DAY

COLOMBO

Breakfast at hotel and check out to travel towards the commercial capital Colombo. Reaching Colombo start a sightseeing tour which also include stops at popular department stores where you can pick up gifts for friends and family. Check in at hotel will be 1400hrs and you can continue with the sightseeing and sample some local food for dinner at the many of the fine restaurants in Colombo which your driver guide will be happy to recommend.
Return to hotel and spend time at leisure.

10 DAY

ARIPORT DROP

Breakfast at hotel and proceed to airport in time for your return or onward flight. Disembark at CMB airport ending the tour.
Drop off at CMB airport exit area ending tour. Have a safe flight back.
